Shelbyville First Baptist Church
The church will hold a benefit Golf Scramble on Oct. 6 at Shelby County Country Club. All proceeds will go to meeting needs for children in Eastern Kentucky through Christmas Backpacks! Information and signups can be found at www.shelbyvillebaptist.com/events.

All are invited to the annual Finchville Harvest Party at the church on Oct. 29 from 5-7 p.m. Bounce house, free chili dinner, Trunk R Treat in parking area.
Also join Finchville Baptist Nov. 18 from 4 — 7 p.m for Christmas in Finchville: “A Night In Bethlehem” at the Finchville Ruritan Building from 4 to 7 p.m. Painting, basket weaving, touring “Bethlehem.” Visit Mary, Joseph & Baby Jesus at the stable. Free chili, visit Santa Claus.

Hand Bell Choir: Anyone interested in playing hand bells, call Chris Williams at 502-232-3924.
Quilters and Crafters: Each Friday 9 a.m. to noon — work on several community outreach projects.
