Queen City Bakery will be running on a limited menu for the next week and a half while the bakery’s kitchen staff go on a “culinary sabbatical” to Paris.
The bakery’s website says the sabbatical will be from Sept. 19 to Sept. 28. The bakery will remain open during this time, though it will only be serving coffee, tea, granola parfaits and oatmeal.
Other baked goods — presumably with Parisian inspiration — will once again be served on Sept. 29.
